Race ahead and explore new possibilities with OCBC. Built specifically for outstanding graduates of all disciplines, the 24 month multi award winning training programme prepares you for success as a future leader with the longest established Singapore bank.

You don’t need a finance or business background. Previous programme hires have included people from Computing, Engineering, and Arts & Sciences.

What you do need is a passion for problem solving, energy and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges, and a strong desire to learn, grow and push yourself.

Opportunities for 2025 Graduate Talent Programme:

Enterprise Banking International, Chinese Corporate Business (Shanghai)

* During 24 month rotation, you will have the opportunity to rotate in different cities in China. After 24 month accelerated career program, you will be located in Singapore to support Enterprise Banking International, Chinese Corporate Business

Global Markets (Shanghai)

* After 24 month accelerated career program, you will be located in Shanghai to supportGlobal Markets, Sales Team

Here is a sneak peek of what you will experience during the 24-month programme.

Corporate Training

A rock-solid foundation of domain expertise will help you master key concepts about what we do and how the industry works. Expect to learn about things like OCBC product, financial markets and regulations. Service design and transformation, Ethics, and Presentation skills.

Corporate and Divisional Rotations

Personalised rotations around OCBCs core businesses, like Branch Banking, Compliance, and Operations, will give you a robust, broad-based understanding of our business. From there you'll start to find your interests and expertise.

Business Innovation Project

OCBC is firmly focused on transforming banking. This project will give you the opportunity to bring your vision and creativity to the table. Build on our track record of industry first-services and solutions by taking part a high-profile innovation project.

Corporate Engagement

Develop leadership and communication skills through a series of workshops, customised talks and networking sessions with external corporates. Expand your profile and learn how to be more effective.

Graduate Talent Regional Week

Build your peer network with colleagues across our regions and subsidiaries. Through this week-long programme of learning, innovation, and business case building, you'll be exposed to the wider world of OCBC Bank.
