Unlike traditional deposits, Structured deposit have an investment element and returns may vary. The Principal Amount of a Structured Deposit is guaranteed only if you hold it until the Maturity Date. Pre-mature withdrawal of Structured Deposit may result in you receiving less than your Principal Amount. You further understand that you will bear any costs and charges associated with such pre-mature withdrawal of the Structured Deposit. OCBC China (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") may have the right to terminate the Structured Deposit and return an amount in cash to you from the due settlement of the Structured Deposit before the Maturity Date. You may be exposed to inherent exchange rate risks and exchange controls when you place Structured Deposit.

This structure deposit product is Extreme Low-Risk Product or Low-Risk Product (please refer to the Term Sheet for details) which carries investment risks. In respect of Extreme Low-Risk Product, only the returns specifically committed in the contract are guaranteed; and in respect of Low-Risk Product, only the principal is guaranteed and no interest payoff is guaranteed. You should be fully aware of the investment risks and make investments prudently.
