If you need to apply for Internet Banking, what conditions should you meet?
  • You should have a RMB/FCY savings or current account of our bank, or

  • You should have a joint RMB/FCY savings or current account of our bank (with the signing authority by any account holder’s signature)

If your account is dormant, can you activate the account via Internet Banking?

Yes, you can do that via our Internet Banking, and we will follow up your application in a timely manner.

Do you need to download a certificate to log in to Internet Banking?

If you have registered for our Internet Banking services, you do not need to download any certificate when logging in. You only need a computer connected to the Internet to enjoy convenient Internet Banking services anytime and anywhere.

Why do you not receive any notification message when you transfer money via personal Internet Banking?

Please note that if you have registered for WeChat Banking service, we will send you a WeChat notification via our WeChat Banking official account instead of SMS notification.

Can you apply for Internet Banking with overseas mobile phone numbers?

Yes, you can apply for Internet Banking with overseas mobile phone numbers. Please come to one of our personal banking branches in person with your valid identity certificate and your real-name authenticated mobile phone number.

If you need to change the login password of Internet Banking, do you have to visit a branch in person?

You can reset your password by "Forget Password" on Internet Banking login page, with no need to visit any branch in person.

If your debit card is lost, can you report a temporary loss via Internet Banking?

You can report a temporary loss of your debit card on the online business section of personal E-banking page from our official website or on the "Account Management" page after logging into Internet Banking.

If you need to view account balance and transaction details, can you view all accounts and balances?

If you need to view your account balance and transaction details, you can log in to our Internet Banking and click "My Account" and "Transaction Enquiry" to view your account balance and transaction history. You can also view all current accounts, time deposit accounts and call deposit accounts.


When logging in to Internet Banking, for how many times have you incorrectly entered SMS OTP/token OTP will your account be automatically locked?

If you enter your SMS OTP/token OTP incorrectly for three consecutive times, your Internet Banking account will be locked on the same day and automatically unlocked at midnight the next day. Besides, you can visit our personal banking branch during service hours in person to unlock your Internet Banking account on the same day.
