Data Office helps variety of divisions of the bank and OCBC Group make sound business decisions by analyzing huge volumes of structured and unstructured data using the latest data science algorithms to uncover hidden patterns, discover unknown correlations and to identify new opportunities.

Technology Architecture is responsible for governance and implementation of technology standardization, development guidance and design. TA governs the bank's technology landscape aligned with business roadmap and defines convergence initiatives to achieve synergy. TA also incorporates architecture management of software and data, drives modernization of bank-wide technology architecture by applying cutting-edge technologies such as microservices and cloud-native architecture, and drives data institutionalization and analytics for decision-making. Besides, TA identifies and co-creates innovative solutions with business units by leveraging on emerging technologies, ecosystem partnerships and industry collaborations.

PS supports the Bank's operations through cost-effective spatial planning, leasing, project management, professional property management of Bank-occupied premises / branches and prompt property valuations.
