1. Complete and sign your 

  • Application Form：Download Forms

  • Notes: It is mandatory for all users to provide their mobile number and email address

2. Prepare business document

  • Copy of your Business Lisence with company seal.

  • Photocopied NRIC/Passports for all OCBC Velocity Authorisers.

3. Submit all documents to bank

  • Submitting at the bank counter: the Authorised Person must be present with his/her NRIC/Passports.

  • Or by mail

  • The Contact Person should receive a starter kit (together with all security tokens).

  • All users should receive a Welcome Letter by Email or SMS.

  • The Contact Person to distribut the Security Devices to all users. There is no particular order between the Security Devices and users.

  • User to Login OCBC Velocity , select "Register New User", then follow the onscreen instructions to activate the Security Device and setup the Login Password.

  • Please click the "Quick Start Guide" the bottom-right corner of the Login Page to find out more information.
